PRESENTATION

What is oil pulling or oil rinsing?

In Ayurveda, digestion begins in the mouth. Bacteria and toxins that accumulate in the oral cavity can negatively affect digestion if not properly eliminated.

For this, a complete oral cleaning is recommended, including brushing, tongue scraping, and oil pulling.

This traditional practice involves rinsing your mouth with oil for several minutes to eliminate toxins, improve oral health, and purify the body.

It is beneficial for everyone, especially in cases of inflamed or easily bleeding gums, and if you suffer from bruxism and tension in the cervical spine.

Furthermore, oil pulling is not only beneficial physically, but also mentally. By dedicating a few minutes each morning to this practice as part of your daily routine, you are fostering a state of calm, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Unlike other conventional mouthwashes, with alcohol and chemicals, Himalaya's Dreams Ayurvedic mouthwash oils use 100% natural ingredients , a blend of base oils such as sesame oil along with other specially selected herbs, which not only cleanse your mouth, but also nourish it.

How to do it?

Place 1 tablespoon of mouthwash oil in your mouth and rinse for 10 to 20 minutes. After use, spit it out into a cloth and throw it away to avoid damaging your sink.

When should it be done?

It is traditionally recommended to use it in the morning before consuming any liquid or food, after brushing your teeth and scraping your tongue. It will leave you with a pleasant and fresh feeling.
