Warranties and Returns

All our shipments include Comprehensive Insurance against loss, breakage, or any abnormalities that may affect the package during transport. It is very important that upon delivery of your order, you check that the package is not torn, stained, or opened; in this case, you should not accept it. In this case, please indicate the reason number on the delivery note provided by the courier and contact us so we can inform you and arrange a new shipment.

HERBALEZA THERAPY AND HERBALIST CENTER offers only quality, ORIGINAL products endorsed by top-tier brands. The reception of shipped products and their handling for shipment preparation are carried out following strict quality procedures.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of services), with no penalties for exercising your right. Therefore, the full purchase amount will be refunded, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs. The exercise of this right will not be subject to any formalities. You may simply require the consumer to return the product in perfect condition, without limiting the use of the product (as long as it does not go beyond merely verifying its good condition and functioning) to the impossibility of the consumer returning it in exercise of their right of withdrawal.
Before making a return, the customer must contact our sales department by email at herbaleza2025@gmail.com or by phone at 913677272, where we will instruct them on how to proceed with the return. No returns will be issued without prior notification.
To be eligible for a return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all original accessories and documentation.
The consumer should be aware that if the product is not returned in its original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will be subject to a depreciation charge, which will be communicated to the consumer upon return.

Defective product from origin:

Returns are guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product, we will repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract. These procedures will be free of charge for the consumer and user.


The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Product that, by mistake, does not match the order:

HERBALEZA THERAPY AND HERBALIST CENTER will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the order.

Product for a gift:

The product may be exchanged as long as it is unopened and in perfect condition. The purchase price will never be refunded, but it may be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value. Shipping costs and any price difference will be the responsibility of the person making the exchange.

Order Cancellation: It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. Refunds: Refunds are issued within a maximum of 10 days from the date the request is accepted and will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Prices and Availability

All prices in our store include VAT. Orders are always processed in the order they are received.
If a requested product is out of stock, we will contact you to agree on new shipping terms. At this point, you can decide whether to continue or cancel the order.

Payment Methods

On our website, you can pay for your orders using any of the following methods:

Bank transfer: Your order will only be processed once we have verified that the total amount has been transferred to us. To expedite the process, you can send a copy of the bank transfer (either paper or digital) to our email address: herbaleza2025@gmail.com

Credit/Debit Card: Payment is made using a secure connection to the bank responsible for the transaction. The 3DSecure system is used in the payment gateways, redirecting data to secure servers without the merchant being able to access or store it. The customer's bank and card details are processed directly by the bank. Maestro, Visa, and Euro 6000 are accepted.

Delivery Times

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours.

Shipping costs

The shipping agency will be private (Correos Express), ensuring that our shipments always reach customers with the highest possible transport safety.

Peninsula Flat Rate 24-72h: €5.95. Free shipping for orders over €69.

 

 

Balearic Islands Flat Rate 24-72h: 8.95 euros. Free shipping for orders over 75 euros.

 

Click & Collect (in-store pickup): free

 

We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands.
