Ergyzen is a unique synergy of GABA and selected plants chosen for their relaxing properties, combined with complementary active ingredients (inositol, trace elements, and B vitamins). GABA is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Magnesium and B vitamins are essential cofactors for GABA synthesis, as well as for numerous enzymatic reactions; in stressful situations, there is an overconsumption of these nutrients. Magnesium and vitamins B3 and B6 support the normal functioning of the nervous system and contribute to normal psychological function.

Ingredients:

• Bisglycinate and magnesium hydroxide.
