Our skin has defense mechanisms against solar radiation, such as the synthesis of melanin. The epidermal pigment melanin gives the skin a tanned tone, protecting it from excessive ultraviolet (UV) radiation by absorbing its energy and preventing it from penetrating deeper into the tissues.
It's important to be aware that sunbathing without protection carries risks : from sunburn to an increased risk of skin cancer, as well as premature skin aging (photoaging). Therefore, we must try to minimize the harmful effects of the sun and follow expert recommendations: avoid sun exposure around midday, seek shade, wear clothing, a hat, and sunglasses, and always use topical sunscreens with a high Sun Protection Factor (SPF) and broad-spectrum UV protection, including a photoprotective lip balm.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not take this food supplement if you are allergic or intolerant to any of its ingredients.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule daily with water, at least one month before sun exposure to prepare the skin for tanning.
