How to take Vegenutril chocolate pea vegetable protein?

It is recommended to add 2 doses (30 g) to 200 ml of cold or hot (not boiling) water. Mix until completely dissolved (using a cocktail shaker). Let it rest for a few minutes and mix again before consuming.
